Yves Saint Laurent L'Homme was created by Anne Flipo, Pierre Wargnye and Dominique Ropion. L'Homme by Yves Saint Laurent was launched in 2006 with a woody floral musk aroma for men. The compotition for top notes are  ginger, bergamot and lemon, and for the heart nose are spices, white pepper, basil and violet leaf. For Base notes are tonka bean, tahitian vetiver and cedar. The compotition make this fragrance a warm scent for night.

Yves Saint Laurent L'Homme opens up sweet but not sickly sweet. which is a good thing it has a womens sweet feel about it. The dry down is woody and the sweetnes at that point dries down to become a bit more masculine.
